Self-Rising Buttermilk Biscuits
Self-Rising Buttermilk Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cups self-rising flour, 1 cup buttermilk and 3 tbsp. oil or bacon fat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place flour in large bowl.
Make a well in center of flour. Add milk and oil.
Mix with spoon (you may need more or less milk) and turn out on well floured board or waxed paper.
Knead lightly. Pat 1/2 inch thick.
Turn biscuit top and bottom side in very well oiled 9x13 baking pan.
Bake at 500 degrees until golden brown.
Makes 9-12 biscuits.
