See's Fudge
See'S Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. margarine or butter, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, 10 marshmallows, cut up and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place 6 tablespoons margarine, vanilla and chocolate chips in a large electric mixer bowl; set aside.
Melt remaining margarine and marshmallows in a double boiler.
Bring sugar and evaporated milk to a rolling boil for 7 to 8 minutes or to a soft ball stage. Pour margarine and melted marshmallows over ingredients in bowl. Add boiling sugar and milk; beat vigorously until creamy or 5 minutes with electric mixer.
Add chopped nuts and pour into 6 x 10-inch buttered dish.
Candy sets quickly.
