Roll out biscuits, just enough to measure 5 inches across. Sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on top.

Fold four corners in, almost completely sealing biscuit.
Gently roll the biscuit/kiss in sugar and cinnamon. Bake in 350Β° oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Be careful, the kiss melts and is hot.
