Seasoned Seeds is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp. garlic salt and 1/4 tsp. onion salt or seasoned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Remove membrane from seeds.
If seeds are washed, pat dry. Place in a 9-inch glass pie plate.
Add remaining ingredients. Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly toasted, stirring 4 to 5 times.
