Seasoned Onion Rice
Seasoned Onion Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with vegetable cooking spray, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 1 c. uncooked regular rice, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth, undiluted and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Coat a medium saucepan with cooking spray; add onion and saute 5 minutes.
Add chicken broth, water, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon cube and pepper; bring to a boil.
Coat a 1 1/2-quart casserole with vegetable cooking spray; add rice mixture.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
