Seasoned Fish Fillets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves, 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1/4 tsp. ground celery seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix mayonnaise and seasonings.
Place fish on greased grill over medium coals or rack of broiler pan, 2 to 4 inches from heat. Brush with 1/2 of the mayo mixture.
Grill or broil 5 to 8 minutes.
Turn; brush with remaining mixture.
Continue grilling (broiling) 5 to 8 minutes.
