Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium potatoes, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash the potatoes well.
Cut the potatoes in half, then in half again.
In a paper bag, mix the Parmesan cheese and flour.
Place the potatoes in the bag of flour mixture and shake until well coated.
Place the potatoes on a baking dish and pour the melted butter or margarine over the potatoes.
Bake in a 350Β° oven until golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
It may be necessary to rotate or turn the potatoes once while they are cooking to ensure even cooking.
