Seafood Wild Rice Salad
Seafood Wild Rice Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. curry powder, 2 c. cold, cooked wild rice and 1/2 c. very finely chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a 2 1/2-quart bowl.
Add rice, pepper and shrimp; toss.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Spoon onto lettuce lined dish.
