Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms
Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Wash and drain mushrooms.
Hollow out and chop enough of the pieces to make 3 tablespoons.
Cook pieces with onion, garlic and 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil.
Stir in crab, shrimp, Prosciutto and cheese, along with catsup.
Stuff into mushroom crowns; sprinkle with fine soft bread crumbs.
Bake at 425Β° for 6 to 8 minutes.
