Seafood Pilaf
Seafood Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 (3 oz.) can (2/3 c.) broiled sliced mushrooms, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken and rice soup and 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In skillet brown rice in butter.
Add mushrooms, with liquid, remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup water.
Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake covered at 350Β° for 55 minutes.
Fluff with fork. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
