Seafood Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. pasta (penne is nice), 8 oz. red wine vinegar, 8 oz. olive oil, fresh black pepper and salt to taste and 2 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook pasta until tender.
Drain.
Shake together vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Mix together remaining ingredients; add pasta and pour dressing over, tossing to coat.
