Seafood Pasta
Seafood Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. chopped green onions, 2 tbsp. blackened spice (we like bayou magic), 1 1/2 lb. large shrimp (you may substitute chicken) and 1 can ro-tel tomatoes and chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook pasta and have ready to serve.
Melt butter and sauteed onions.
Add blackened spice, shrimp and tomatoes.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring twice.
Cut cream cheese into 4 pieces and add to shrimp mixture.
Add crab and mushrooms NOW.
Cover for 1 minute and then stir until cheese is smooth.
Add sour cream and continue to stir.
Serve over pasta.
