Make a cream sauce with the butter, flour and cream.
Add salt, pepper and sherry.
Remove and add crabmeat, shrimp and mushrooms.
Pour into a buttered casserole or individual baking dishes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in 350Β° oven about 20 minutes, until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly.
Do not overcook.
Serves 18 to 20.
