Seafood Lasagna
Seafood Lasagna is an impressive pasta dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 48 minutes. Made with lasagna noodles, c. chopped onion, . butter or oleo, (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and c. cream-style cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain. Arrange 4 noodles in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cook onion in butter until tender; blend in cream cheese. Stir in cottage cheese, egg, basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper; spread half atop noodles.
Combine soup, milk and wine.
Stir in shrimp and crab; spread half over cottage cheese layer.
Repeat layers.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Top with shredded sharp cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes more.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Makes 12 servings.
(Garnish with tomato, parsley and extra shrimp.)
