Seafood Dip
Seafood Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. processed yellow cheese, 1 stick butter, melted, 1 small jar chopped pimentos, 1/2 lb. white canned crab meat (lump) and 3/4 lb. frozen salad shrimp, thawed (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt cheese and butter together over medium heat.
Stir until melted.
Add pimentos, crab meat and shrimp (if desired).
Mix together well.
Add dry sherry.
More may be added as needed to thin mixture.
