Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. langostinos, thawed, 1 lb. scallops, 1 (8 oz.) can minced clams (with juice), 1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Add thawed langostinos to crushed crackers, then add scallops (if large, cut into pieces).
Add minced clams, the juice and melted butter.
Combine all ingredients.
Add a little warm water to make moist.
Should be moist like stuffing.
Bake, uncovered, in an 8-inch baking dish for 30 minutes at 350Β°. Cover the last 20 minutes.
