Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, cubed and divided, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 1/4 lb. krab or dungeness crab, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onions, pepper and celery until soft.
Layer bread, vegetables, krab (or crab) in large casserole dish, ending with bread. Combine eggs, milk, soup, mayonnaise and seasonings.
Pour over casserole mixture.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until browned and set.
Let stand a few minutes before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
