Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. crab or lobster delights (or the real thing), 1 can campbell's cream soup (chicken, mushroom or shrimp, etc.), 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream (optional), 16 oz. pkg. birds eye frozen stir-fry vegetables and 1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine soup, sour cream, mayonnaise and curry powder.
Mix all gently until blended.
Put into a 2-quart dish.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes until bubbly.
