Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box ritz crackers, 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, 4 tbsp. butter, divided, 3 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 pt. light cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Butter two large casseroles.
Heat oven to 325Β°.
Crush crackers into crumbs.
In skillet saute mushrooms with 2 tablespoons butter.
In bowl mix soup, mushrooms and light cream. Put 1 fish fillet on bottom of each casserole.
Add a layer of mushroom sauce, then a layer of crumbs.
Continue layering seafoods in casseroles with a layer of sauce and crumbs between each.
Finish each with crumbs.
Cut remaining butter into thin pats and place on top.
Bake casseroles in a water bath for a little more than an hour.
This dish may be frozen.
