Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. mushroom stems and pieces, 3 tbsp. butter, melted, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 to 1 lb. scallops and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute mushrooms in melted butter for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Cool for 15 minutes.
Add scallops, sour cream and parsley.
Place in casserole, top with bread crumbs.
