Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crab meat (backfin), 1 lb. bay scallops, 1 lb. peeled shrimp, 1/4 lb. butter and parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix crab meat, scallops and shrimp.
Add seafood seasoning to taste.
Melt 1/4 pound butter.
Pour over mixed seafood.
Add white wine until it covers seafood.
Put in 350Β° oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs to top 10 minutes before casserole is finished.
Serves 6 to 8.
