Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. scallops (small), 1 lb. shrimp, 1/2 c. white dry wine, 1/2 c. butter and 1 can baby clams, drained (save juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Simmer the scallops and shrimp in the wine for 10 minutes. Add the 1/2 cup butter. When melted, drain and save liquid.
Add the clams, crabmeat or lobster, parsley and seafood seasoning. Mix all fish, mushrooms and seasonings together.
