Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (6 oz.) wild and white rice mix (uncle ben's), 2 cans (7 3/4) king crab or crab substitute, 2 lb. frozen or fresh shrimp or 4 cans, drained, 3 cans mushroom soup, undiluted and 1/3 c. grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook rice as directed, only drier.
Rinse and drain crab and shrimp.
Preheat oven to 325°.
Lightly grease 4 quart casserole. Combine all ingredients in casserole.
Stir to mix well.
Bake uncovered 1 hour at 325°.
Can be made day ahead.
Serves 12.
