Seafoam Frosting
Seafoam Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. light brown sugar, 2 egg whites, 5 tbsp. cold water, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. chopped nuts (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix in top of double boiler and beat over boiling water with mixer for 7 minutes.
Stir in vanilla.
Remove from over water and desired consistency. (Ready almost immediately.) cup chopped nuts, if desired. Spread on cake.
