Sea Foam Salad
Sea Foam Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pears, drained and mashed, 1 pkg. lime jell-o, 2 to 3 oz. softened cream cheese, 2 tbsp. cream and 1 c. heavy cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain juice from pears and heat 1 cup juice to boiling.
Pour over Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
Mix cream cheese and 2 tablespoons cream until smooth.
Add gelatin mixture and beat well until blended.
Chill until partially thickened.
Fold in pears and whipped cream.
Pour into a 1-quart ring or star-shaped mold and chill.
