Scottish Shortbread
Scottish Shortbread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 14 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 3/4 c. flour and colored sprinkles or crystal sugar decorations, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream sugar and butter.
Add flour a little at a time to mix. Mixture will be crumbly.
Spread onto greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar decorations to cover.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 15 minutes until edges get golden brown.
Let cool.
Cut into 4 x 2-inch strips (approximately).
Yields 15 to 20 servings.
