Scotch Scones

Sift dry ingredients together.
Blend in butter.
Add sour milk.
Turn out onto floured board.
Pat or roll gently to 1/2 to 1-inch thick in a rectangle about 4 x 8 inches.
Cut in 16 triangles.

Bake in hot oven (400Β°) about 15 minutes.
