Schaum Torte
Schaum Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 6 egg whites, 3 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. vanilla and raspberry preserves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat all ingredients until very stiff.
Bake in large pan, ungreased, for 1 1/2 hours at 250Β°.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Take top off and fill with raspberry preserves.
Cover with whipped cream.
Put top back on and serve.
(Top will come off in pieces.)
