Scalloped Squash
Scalloped Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large yellow or zucchini squash, 1 stick butter or margarine, 1/2 c. flour, salt and pepper and 1 c. shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut squash up and put in a colander for 1 hour.
Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Layer squash and sprinkle with flour and cut a few slices of butter between each layer.
Also add salt and pepper to taste between each layer.
After completing each layer, pour milk in, then sprinkle cheese on top and cook at 325Β° for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
