Peel and slice potatoes.
Mix all together in a casserole dish. Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes to 1 hour until potatoes are tender.
When potatoes are tender, sprinkle 1/2 to 1 cup shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese on top (depending on size of casserole and how much cheese you like).
May use less.
Return casserole to oven until cheese starts to melt.
