Scalloped Potatoes
Scalloped Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 1/4 c. milk, 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter.
Stir in flour.
Cook and stir for 1 minute over medium heat.
Gradually add milk.
Cook and stir until thick and smooth.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Stir in onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Grease rectangular Pyrex/glass casserole pan.
Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the pan. Pour half of the sauce over the potatoes.
Layer remaining potatoes over sauce.
Pour remaining sauce over potatoes.
Cook for 50 to 70 minutes in 400Β° oven.
