Scalloped Potatoes
Scalloped Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, sliced, 1 tbsp. butter, 2 large potatoes, sliced, 1 tsp. thyme and 1 c. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute the onion in the butter until translucent.
Add the potatoes and combine.
Add the lemon juice, thyme and salt.
Mix. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.
Put half the potato mixture in the casserole and sprinkle with the flour.
Add the rest of the potatoes.
Pour in the skim milk and sprinkle with the bread crumbs.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and slightly browned on top.
