Scalloped Potatoes

Make white sauce out of butter, salt, milk, flour and pepper. Place half of the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.
Cover with half of the onion and half of the sauce.
Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
Serves 4 to 6.
