Scalloped Potatoes
Scalloped Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with potatoes, 4 or 5 slices cheese, 1 c. flour, canned cream and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Peel potatoes (enough for 9 x 13-inch baking dish).
Grease baking dish.
Sprinkle flour in dish.
Layer sliced potatoes with cheese cut in strips.
Put another layer of potatoes, then a layer of margarine on cheese and potatoes.
Sprinkle another layer of flour; put about 3 or 4 layers of potatoes and cheese, margarine, flour, etc. (onions optional).
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour can of cream with equal part water over dish.
Cover. Bake at 375Β° until done.
Serves 5 to 6.
