Scalloped Potatoes
Scalloped Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium potatoes, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 can milk, 1 lb. velveeta cheese and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel and slice potatoes crosswise in 1/4-inch slices.
Place in casserole dish.
Salt and pepper.
Mix soup and milk together and pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350Β° until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and lightly stir.
Cover top of potatoes with sliced Velveeta cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
