Scalloped Potatoes

Peel potatoes.
Thinly slice potatoes to measure 6 cups.
Place half of the potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole.
Add half the onion.
Sift half the flour and add to ham and vegetables in casserole; sprinkle with half the salt and pepper.
Repeat layers. Pour milk over all.
Cover and bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and continue baking 15 to 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are done.
