Scalloped Pineapple
Scalloped Pineapple is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. fresh bread crumbs, 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 3 eggs, beaten, 2 c. sugar and 1 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Bread should be torn into 1/4-inch size pieces.
Toss bread with drained pineapple.
Place in a greased 2-quart baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan).
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pineapple.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes (uncovered).
Can be made and refrigerated overnight before baking.
Very good with ham. Serves 10 to 12.
