Scalloped Pineapple
Scalloped Pineapple is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can chunk pineapple, 3 eggs, 2 sticks butter, 4 c. fresh bread (8 slices) and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain pineapple and save 1/2 of juice.
Toss pineapple and bread together.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased glass Pyrex dish. Cream eggs, butter and sugar.
Mix well.
Add 1/2 juice of pineapple; mix well again.
Pour mixture over pineapple and bread. Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°, uncovered, in middle of oven.
Good with pork or ham.
