Scalloped Oysters
Scalloped Oysters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 c. dry cracker crumbs, 3/4 c. melted butter, 1 qt. oysters and 1 tsp. salt (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix bread crumbs, cracker crumbs and butter and spread half of the mixture in a large shallow pan (a large pie pan works well). Arrange oysters in two layers on the crumbs, add remaining ingredients and top with the rest of the crumbs.
Bake in hot (400Β°) oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
