Scalloped Oysters
Scalloped Oysters is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. oysters, 2 c. cream or half and half, 1/2 c. melted butter and 2 c. cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Pour melted butter over crumbs, stirring well.
Spread 1/3 of crumbs on bottom of buttered casserole dish.
Cover with half of oysters.
Add another layer of crumbs.
Add last half of oysters and then remaining crumbs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with 2 cups cream or half and half.
Bake in moderate oven about 40 minutes.
