Scalloped Oysters
Scalloped Oysters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. oysters, 3/4 c. cream, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 2 c. cracker crumbs and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine; add cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.
Put 1/3 cracker mix in casserole and top with 1/2 oysters, the other 1/3 cracker mix and rest of oysters.
Mix cream, oyster juice, Worcestershire and pour over oysters.
Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
