Scalloped Chicken
Scalloped Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked and cubed chicken or turkey, 2 c. chicken broth, 2 tbsp. butter or oleo, 2 tbsp. flour and 3 c. croutons (i use kellogg's), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place cubed chicken in pan (8 x 8-inch).
Follow chicken with dressing made of croutons, butter, cream, onion, sage, salt and pepper.
Pour mushroom soup over this.
Top with gravy made of the broth, butter (2 tablespoons) and flour.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
