Scalloped Broccoli
Scalloped Broccoli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained, 6 tbsp. plus 1 stick margarine, 4 tbsp. flour, 2 c. milk and 4 chicken bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put broccoli in 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Melt 1 stick of margarine in saucepan.
Add flour and milk.
Cook until thick.
Add bouillon cubes.
Stir until dissolved.
Pour over broccoli and work through with a fork.
Mix 6 tablespoons melted margarine, stuffing and water.
Spread over broccoli.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
