Savory Potato Skins
Savory Potato Skins is an easy dinner. Made with 4 idaho potatoes, baked, 3 tbsp. butter, melted, salt, garlic powder and paprika to taste and bacon bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Scoop out the insides and serve as mashed potatoes, leaving 1/4-inch of potato to the shell. Halve shells lengthwise.
On baking sheet, brush skins with butter and sprinkle lightly with salt, garlic powder, bacon bits and paprika.
Broil until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Makes 16 potato snacks.
