Savory Pot Roast
Savory Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef round or chuck roast, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 envelope lipton onion soup and 1 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In Dutch oven, in hot oil, brown meat on all sides.
Spoon off fat.
Stir in mushroom soup, onion soup and 1 cup of the water. Reduce heat to low.
Cover.
Cook 2 hours.
Add vegetables; cook until tender.
Remove meat and vegetables.
