Savory Pot Roast
Savory Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 stalks celery, 3 carrots, 1 large onion, 1 can water and 2 cans cream of mushroom or celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sear beef (brown rapidly on both sides to hold juice).
Place level tablespoon of flour in browning bag and shake well.
Place meat in bag.
Mix 2 cans of soup with 1 can of water.
Stir into the soup sliced carrots, onion and celery.
Pour mixture over the roast and tie the bag.
Puncture about 3 times with a 2-tined fork (allow steam to escape).
Place in 325Β° oven and bake 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
