Sauteed Tenderloin
Sauteed Tenderloin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. thin, sliced mushrooms, 2 tbsp. minced onion, 1 clove crushed garlic, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook and stir mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in 1/4 cup butter or margarine.
Cook until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in parsley.
Keep warm.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine in skillet.
Saute tenderloin slices over medium-high heat until browned, turning once.
Serve with mushroom/butter sauce.
