Sauteed Cabbage
Sauteed Cabbage is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 small head cabbage, 1/4 c. butter, 2 whole cloves and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut away the core of the cabbage.
Cut the cabbage half into quarters.
Cut each quarter crosswise into very thin slices.
There should be about 6 cups of shredded cabbage.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the cabbage.
Add the cloves and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook, stirring often, about 15 minutes.
Do not allow to brown.
