Saute Mushrooms
Saute Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. white mushrooms, 2 to 6 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. chopped garlic, 1 medium white peeled onion and white zinfandel and realemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat saute pan; add olive oil along with garlic and thinly diced onion.
Saute until onion is transparent.
Add mushrooms; saute for 1 to 2 minutes, then season with salt to taste.
Cover and continue cooking 3 to 5 minutes.
Add wine and lemon juice; cover and simmer for 1 minute.
Serve and enjoy.
