Sausage-Zucchini Casserole
Sausage-Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large or 4 to 5 small zucchini, 1 lb. bulk sausage, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 beaten egg and 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut zucchini lengthwise, remove seeds, cut and dice.
Brown sausage and onion; drain grease.
Add remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese, mix well and put in a greased casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
